Back on Track

Now that much of the traumatic personal life issues are mostly resolved, we can see about getting my  music scene back on track. The Craft Beer Picnic was a hoot. The lead vendor (Block15) and the Venue (Afton Field Farms) did an awesome job, a lot of people showed up and seemed to be having a great time. The music went very well and even the sound guy (that would be me) didn't stink too badly for a last minute borrowed equipment thing. I would totally do this again.
Other than that and a couple Gumbo outings at Les Caves there hasn't been much recently. At least until today when we finally got back to the Market and later I got to play with Matt Neely's bluegrass-ish group at the 'Bite of Benton County' thing that the Chamber of Commerce put on at Central park. That went as well as could be hoped considering I hadn't played with them before.
>>>   Most exciting thing coming up is MAS at Bloktoberfest, October 13th.
There may also be a rare appearance of Mike&Mic&Mike at LesCaves on Aug.29th.
