A Gumbo Solstice at the Market

Actually it was the day after solstice. We came, we played, it rained

It was pretty nice early on. We're set up as usual next to Carol the flower lady.

The mellifluous harmonies of harmonic harmonizing.  We're just getting going and it's just starting to rain.  You can just begin to see it on top of the instrument. Fortunately Sid had his totally stylin' new rain hat so we were able to complete the number.

The crowd disperses rapidly as the rain gets going in a big way. The kid on the left seems rather unhappy.
Not sure the dog is all that pleased either.

After the shower passes we're back at it...until the next deluge. It is summer after all.
